It traces brain architecture\, the HPA axis and chronic stress\, and why humans uniquely suffer from rumination. The framework reframes symptoms as ancestral adaptations—reducing shame—and integrates with CBT\, DBT\, ACT\, EMDR\, as well as somatic approaches.
