EPP Counseling provides teletherapy and in-office services to support all individuals who are feeling stuck and/or those who are seeking "something different" but aren't sure what exactly that is. Life can get us stretched so thin that we may feel like we have lost our way. EPP is a team of clinicians that utilize a holistic approach to counseling while incorporating creativity, mindfulness, and therapeutic tools in order to strengthen one’s self-awareness and improve the overall quality of life.
Our providers specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with codependency issues, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, impulsivity, gender identity, LGBTQIA+, postpartum, infertility, phobias, OCD, eating disorders, career counseling, grief and loss, racial and cultural identity, stress, women's issues, relationship issues, conflict within the family system, poor coping skills and unhelpful thinking patterns.
