Foster Counseling is a group practice that is values-driven, evidence-based and connection-focused! We serve people in the local community and throughout Illinois via in-person and telehealth therapy options. We are inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, warm, compassionate and seasoned therapists providing expertise with the following: Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Couples Therapy, Addiction Recovery, Depression and Low Mood, ADHD, Perfectionism and People-Pleasing, Perinatal Mental Health including Perinatal Loss and Grief, Life Stressors and Adjustments, and Loss and Grief that comes with physical loss, life changes, and aging.
We serve people of all walks of life, individuals age 14+ and couples ages 18+.
We have immediate availability for in-person and telehealth.

We are in-network with BCBS PPO of IL. For those with out-of-network insurance we will provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance for them to reimburse you any out-of-network coverage you have. We also take private pay. Private pay rates are listed on our website at www.fostercounseling.org
