What We Do

Independence Health & Therapy is a nonprofit that provides family health and wellness services with a unique, wholistic model of care. Our programs include behavioral health, adult day, memory care, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Who We Serve

Adults and Children living in McHenry and Kane County.

Availability

Hours are 9:00AM -5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Eligibility Requirements

Psychiatry for ages 6 and up.

Fees and Insurance

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Commercial Insurance, or private pay. Sliding fee scale & scholarships available for underinsured or uninsured.
