What We Do

Marriage and Family Therapy – The dynamics of each marriage and family are unique. Working together with each member of the marriage or family, we will set realistic, attainable outcomes to help each person find healing and connectedness within the relationship. Anxiety – Managing anxiety in our lives is key to growth. Through evidence-based therapies, we will support each client in identifying triggers and quieting the often-debilitating results of anxiety. Depression – Making the call for help is often the first big step toward healing depression. We will walk with you to help understand the root causes and the path to healing and flourishing. Grief – While loss and grief are a part of life, we often need help to manage through the pain. Our goal is to not make the memories “go away.” Our goal is to be with you as you reframe and grow through the pain. Work Stresses – Most of us are at work more than we’re at home. Understanding the impact work can have on us, we will help to identify realistic goals, process emotions, and set a plan toward a more fulfilling work life. Financial Stresses – Often related to work stress, financial stresses can be overwhelming. We will work to help understand each unique situation and together process through “road bumps” and challenges that have led to this stress. Then, we will work to establish clarity and a path to quiet the often debilitating negative self-talk tied to finances.

Who We Serve

Clear Springs Therapy serves the McHenry County population and surrounding areas. Our focus is on adults, couples, families, seniors and teens.

Mondays - 2 PM to 8 PM, Tuesdays - 9 AM to 8 PM, Wednesdays - 9 AM to 8 PM, Thursdays - 9 AM to 8 PM, Fridays - 9 AM to 4 PM

Fees and Insurance

Fees are based on each insurance provider's agreement. Co-pays or deductibles are unique to each insurer. I will work with uninsured on a sliding scale. I am paneled with the following insurance providers: BCBS Commercial and Medicaid UHC Aetna Cigna Meridian Illinois Medicaid Megellan Medicare
