SUMMARY
The McHenry County Mental Health Board is thrilled to reprise this engaging virtual session designed to elevate your case note writing skills. With over a decade of successful deliveries throughout Illinois, this session caters to helping professionals at all experience levels.
In this highly interactive 3-hour training, participants will be introduced to methods and strategies for ensuring accurate, succinct documentation required in a frontline-service setting. Participants will complete relevant exercises, identify and implement the necessary steps to transform client interactions into useful documentation, and learn the legal and organizational requirements of case notes.
Goal: To learn and practice writing Service-Centered Case Notes based on Treatment Plans.
