Alexander Leigh Center for Autism (ALCA)

What We Do

ALCA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, full day, year-round Therapeutic Day School approved by the Illinois State Board of Education serving children 3- 21 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), OHI, multiple disabilities, developmental delay and/or intellectual disability. The Transition Program for students 18 ' the eve of their 22nd birthday. Focus is on daily living/life skills including cooking, doing laundry, home organization, keeping a clean home, and working in the community.

Who We Serve

Children 3 - 21 years of age (eve of their 22nd birthday).

Availability

Interview with parents and observation of student in current school.
