What We Do

Our practices focuses on individual therapy and support groups for women and those that identify as mothers . Our team members specialize in birth trauma, attachment trauma, parts work, neurodivergence, infertility, first time parenting, pregnancy, postpartum and loss. We specialize in perinatal mental health and promote a practice that supports women and families through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.

We also offer support groups for mothers and currently have openings in our support groups.

Who We Serve

We service individuals that are going through pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. We specialize in working with women that are mothers and identify as mothers.

Availability

Monday-Thursday (Fridays and weekends upon request and depending on the clinician)

We are in network with: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO and Blue Choice Options, Aetna, and United Healthcare.

We offer flexible payment plans and sliding scale for those unable to use their insurance.
