At ECH Counseling, the focus is on creating a therapeutic environment where you feel empowered to recognize direction for change and overcome barriers to achieve personal fulfillment. We will utilize various approaches to work through each situation and uncover the best strategy to help you move forward to achieve your goals. Together we will establish presenting problems, gain insight, uncover coping skills that are beneficial, identify the tools to strive for change, and understand what is needed to lead a fulfilling life. Our counselors have a variety of specialties and provide a range of services while utilizing different treatment approaches.
