We provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling and therapy in a warm, safe and welcoming environment. We understand the difficulties of this journey and are prepared to work together to identify goals that will lead you toward the life you love. No problem is too small. If it's getting in the way of your best life, please reach out to us. With 20 therapists we have a wide variety of expertise, strategies and techniques to come alongside you. We can get you connected with your therapist within 24-48 hours of receiving your call. We offer in person, video or phone sessions. We accept most major insurances, many EAP plans (Employee Assistance Program), Tricare/Military 1, some HMOs and Medicaid/Medicare. We all need support, and you deserve your best life. We're here for you.
Internships available for master's level students.
Our clients are dealing with: Life stressors, relationship issues, divorce, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, grief, ADHD, depression, personality disorders, parenting issues, life transitions, intimacy violations, parenting time, parental alienation, job loss, eating disorders, and more. We serve those as young as 3 years-old through the life span. We support our military members and their families. We do accept Tricare and Military 1. All of our clinicians are prepared with safety plans and support for those suffering from thoughts of self-harm to suicide. As a member of our community, you are welcome at Owens Counseling. We'll help you sort through whatever it is and figure out a plan forward together.
