Silver Linings Neurobehavioral Diagnostics provides comprehensive adult (ages 18+) and geriatric neuropsychological evaluations that assess cognitive and emotional functioning. Neuropsychological evaluations are useful in understanding brain functioning and determining when difficulties in thinking, social-emotional functioning, behavioral regulation, and activities in daily living are due to an underlying neurological and/or psychological condition. By identifying patterns in thinking and understanding the cause of symptoms, a more direct treatment plan can be developed.
A neuropsychological evaluation can be helpful detecting diagnoses such as:
