Transformation Behavioral Health

What We Do

We offer mental health therapy for children, adolescents and adults in a private office setting with a large, private parking lot. We guide people through managing stress, decreasing anxiety and/or depression, coping with difficult situations and relationships, and building an improved quality of life. We have advanced training in teaching Mindfulness. We are area experts in treatment of those with intense emotions, self-harm, or thoughts of suicide and offer DBT-Linehan, Board of Certification Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

We serve those over the age of six years.

Availability

Sessions are available virtually or in-office. All groups are currently virtual. Appointments are scheduled with individual therapists.
